What do y'all prefer and why?
I like loose cause I like watching the dogs work on the bay and none getting cut up.
But rough will not have the races..

Why not just run 3-4 rough dogs that bay and catch. Seems a lot simpler to me.

Well being rough more dogs get cut
And hogs break..
Loose dogs most hogs won't break
